1.Pricing & Payment
Pricing is per item or per pound, depending on the order
Comforters, bulk items, and express services are priced separately.
A delivery fee may apply for certain locations or orders under a set minimum.
Payment is due at delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.
2. Turnaround Time
Standard Service: Typically completed within 24–48 hours when possible; however, this timeframe is not guaranteed.
Express Same-Day Service: Available upon request and subject to availability.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure all laundry items are in good condition and suitable for machine washing and drying.
Clearly communicate any special care instructions.
Notify us of stains, delicates, or special fabrics before pick-up.
Red Fox is not responsible for damage to items that are not properly labeled or are unsuitable for machine cleaning.
4. Lost or Damaged Items
We take great care in handling your laundry.
If a loss or damage claim arises, notify us within 24 hours of receiving your laundry.
Compensation is limited to a reasonable cost of the item, with a maximum of $50 per order.
5.Cancellations & Missed Pickups
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
If no laundry is available for pickup at the scheduled time and no prior notice is given, the visit may be considered a missed pickup and may incur a fee.
6. Privacy & Data Use
Customer information is kept strictly confidential.
We do not sell or share customer data.
7. Right to Refuse Service
Red Fox Laundry Run reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate content in laundry bags, unsafe environments, or abuse of services or staff.
